Do you love wines but sometimes feel uncertain when it comes to speaking about wines in English? Do you want to feel more confident speaking about wines in English at restaurants?

Join us on Saturday, March 20 at 6PM PST for an interactive wine learning session. For our friends in China, the time and date will be Sunday, March 21 at 10AM.

Dr. Clinton Lee who is not only an International Wine Judge, but also TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) Certified in Canada will guide you through this session. He has designed this Zoom specifically for Chinese speaking students who have some basic level of English and who are looking to improve their English.

In this 60-minute Zoom, you will learn about:

• The 6 types of wine (red wines, white wines, rose wines, sparkling, dessert, fortified wines)
• How to order wines in English in a restaurant
• Common Expressions used to describe wines (e.g. tannins, acidity, fruitiness)
• Basic Etiquette at Western Restaurants

You will have the opportunity to practice all the terms throughout the session. We will also have a Q&A session at the end for you to ask any questions.
